Senior Campaigns Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Campaigns Manager (Digital) to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Location: SE London, 1-3 days Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels including email, social media, display advertising, and PPC.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies to improve ROI.
• Manage website content and ensure it is optimised for search engines (SEO).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and creative assets.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor and report on competitor's digital marketing activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital strategy and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with behaviour change campaigns.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and techniques.
• Understanding of diverse audiences and cultural sensitivity in marketing communications.
