An award-winning brokerage firm is seeking experienced senior sales traders to join a rapidly growing team. We specialize in providing energy hedging solutions to UK-based corporate clients. This senior role involves leading the development and management of a portfolio of Mid Cap and Large Cap companies, many of which will be entering financial hedges for the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of a portfolio of Mid Cap and Large Cap companies.
- Oversee the execution process with advanced technical proficiency.
- Implement option pricing principles.
- Provide expert understanding of corporate risk management and treasury policies, particularly for Mid Cap UK clients.
- Ensure suitability and appropriateness of hedging solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Convert established prospects from the firm’s sales and marketing channels.
- Drive customer engagement and execution of energy hedging products.
- Educate and mentor clients on energy hedging products.
- Collaborate with and provide strategic direction to sales, marketing, operations (onboarding and credit), and management teams.

Required Qualifications:

- CF30 qualification.

- Proven track record in selling FX options or working within banking, specifically dealing with larger corporate clients.
- Extensive familiarity with the commodities energy sector.
