You will be joining an exciting start-up in the Insurance sector that provides underwriters with all the operational and business support needed to launch successful MGAs. They’re backed by a leading PE firm in the US and have seen rapid growth and have recently launched in the UK.

They have a close-knit, collaborative marketing team and you’ll work closely their Marketing Director to deliver full-service marketing solutions to their clients.

Your new role

As the Senior Marketing Executive you’ll be responsible for working closely with your clients to understand their values and growth objectives as you lead on providing full brand development, launch campaigns, and continued marketing support. This is a broad role operating across multi-channel campaign planning and execution, content marketing, and events. You’ll have budget responsibility and account manage your clients – as well as being responsible for tracking and analysing campaign performance.

This is a full-time, permanent role that can offer remote working or office space in central London. You will report into the Marketing Director and work closely with colleagues as part of collaborative, effective team.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous marketing campaign experience within an agency – ideally facing into the Financial Services sector or the insurance sector
• Experience working in a broad Exec level role with demonstrable successes
• Strong project management experience
• Good at working closely with stakeholders and clients
• Proficiency in using marketing software, analytics s tools, and CRM systems
• Be proactive – and like the idea of working in a fast-paced start-up environment
