• Oversee distribution and promotion of podcast content across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
• Manage monthly email newsletter content, subscriber lists, and audience engagement metrics.
• Analyse metrics across digital platforms to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven plans.
• Create visually striking pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
• Support the development of marketing materials like brochures and flyers.
• Generate fresh marketing concepts to enhance brand recognition and attract followers.

The Successful Applicant

• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, emphasising visual design expertise.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp to create engaging newsletters.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives to engage audiences effectively.
• Strategic and creative thinker with a knack for executing ideas.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
