We are hiring for a Senior Infrastructure Planner to join our clients growing Infrastructure team based centrally in Exeter
This is an incredible opportunity to work on some large scale infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement infrastructure planning strategies
- Manage planning applications and consents
- Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and communities
- Prepare planning reports and presentations
- Keep up to date with the latest planning legislation and policy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure planning
- Strong understanding of planning legislation and policy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Primavera P6 Required
- NEC3 Highly desirable
