Morgan Philips are delighted to be representing a leading listed business to hire a brand new role of Senior Reward Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career in Reward. The role will provide exposure to various aspects of reward, including compensation, employee benefits, HR reporting, and analytics. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the organization's reward function and will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Reward.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in year-end compensation matters, including salary and bonus review
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Analyze and interpret data related to compensation and benefits
- Prepare reports and presentations on reward-related matters
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reward
- Support the development and implementation of reward policies and programs
- Provide guidance and support to HR and line managers on reward-related issues
Requirements:
- Passion for pursuing a career in reward
- Experience in working on year-end compensation matters, including salary, shares and bonus review
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and financial information
- Proficiency in using Excel and ability to interpret and report on data
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics is desirable
