Role
- Responding to process of purchase orders and making sure compliant (CSU/ICB)
- Managing contract databases
- Supervise 2 Band 3 collegues
- Liaise with wider teams for contracts ending
- Invoice queries
- Running mini competition of framework
- Middle point of contact within team
- Setting up suppliers
- Role is supervisor level - management exp needed
- Monthly reporting
- General Procurement duties
Ideal Candidate
- Relevant experience in procurement within NHS/ Public Sector
- Degree in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
- Role is supervisor level and management experience would be an advantage
- Essential to criteria with JD
- Able to work in a very busy environment
- Demonstration of multitasking ability
- Ability to meet deadlines
Package
- Salary up to £28,407
- Pension
- 27 days annual leave increasing to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years + Bank Holidays
