SalaryMy client is a successful business established in the manufacture, service and supply of construction plant machinery. Due to ongoing success, they are looking for an Administrator to ensure invoices are submitted on time and to provide support to the service team. The successful candidate will come from an administration background, be organised and have a strong attention to detail. You must also be based within commutable distance of Bristol.
Service Administrator Position Overview
- Submitting warranty claims in a timely manner
- Checking all service jobs meet company policies
- Ensuring engineer times are inputted correctly
- Invoicing service jobs and checking incoming invoices
- Working with the Service Controller
- Answering telephone calls
- Assisting the Service Manager with the management of the Workshop Engineers workload
- Working at the depot in Bristol
- Full-time position at the office
Service Administrator Position Requirements
- Previous experience within an administrator position is essential
- Experience processing invoices
- Any experience within service administration is beneficial
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Based within commutable distance of Bristol.
Service Administrator Position Remuneration
- Salary 24,000 - 28,000
- Holiday 23 days plus Bank Holidays
- Hours Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
