Form of workService Advisor - Mobile Construction Machinery
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction MachineryService Advisor to support and join the existing team here at our Head Office, based in Maldon, Essex.
Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Construction Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the Construction Machinery(but not limited to) Service office and its overall profitability. You will also be assisting in maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of Construction machinery. In addition, you will also provide cover to the Agricultural Service Advisor when on annual leave.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Strong administration experience within a fast paced working environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner
Familiar with raising job cards and invoices as required
Support of daily allocation of work to engineers
Good keyboard and PC skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word and Excel
Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
Be organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
Have a flexible and approachable manner
Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
Be confident and show initiative
Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash
Professional and tidy appearance
Strong attention to detail
Additional Information:
Start Date: Immediate, but subject to successful candidates notice period
Location: Ulting, Essex
Hours: 42.5 hours per week - 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Salaried
Salary: £Competitive, depending on experience
