Your New Role
As a Service Ops Training Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our training administration support system, ensuring service technicians have the resources they need to excel in their individual training pathways. Your role will involve defining and issuing effective training support materials, coordinating travel and accommodation for training events, and maintaining training records to support continuous improvement.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Provide training administration support to ensure service technicians have access to and understand their individual training pathway.
- Define and issue effective training support materials for online and face-to-face training events.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for long-distance training events, ensuring compliance with budgetary parameters.
- Maintain training records and certificate data repository, working closely with Master Trainers to plan refresher training schedules.
- Analyse information from the business to support Master Trainers in continuously improving Survitec service technician training.
- Conduct training records audits, ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
- Support the identification of learning needs by analysing performance and competence data.
- Resolve training queries from internal or external customers, referring to Master Trainers for complex content queries.
