About the Team:

You will be working within the Parking & Network Management Service Development team who are championing the customer experience for our residents, visitors, and businesses. We use industry-leading systems and innovative technology to keep our streets safe, enforce against anti-social behaviour and to provide a range of parking options for people who need access to kerbside space.
We embrace flexible working, and we have a track record for developing staff; enabling them to move into higher-graded posts. Almost 50% of the team are on a higher grade than when they joined the service.

About the Role:

You will be working in a busy team and with delivery partners, you will be responsible for managing projects within Parking and Network Management.

You should have excellent relationship management skills and a strong ability to build effective partnerships with both internal and external parties, you will take an active role in moving the service forward. You will be passionate about customer service and champion best practices across all functions within the service.

You should have strong customer experience principles, that will help you will co-ordinate and manage Service Development projects and help to develop new operational and strategic initiatives
