Our client are a top tier consltancy looking for a Service Now Business Analyst on a 3 months contract.
Job Description:
ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
o In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including various modules available for case management. Understanding and navigation of approvals and technical requirements for orchestrated workflows.
o Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages
o In depth understanding Business rules, and workflows.
Requirements Analysis:
o Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
o Translate business needs into technical requirements and design solutions accordingly.
o Work with team to generate user stories, process mapping and solution assessments
Architecture and Design:
o Work with the Technical Architect to enable design and architect end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices ready for delivery.
o Create and maintain architectural documentation outlining the design and integration points.
