Showroom & Office Administrator
West London, SW6
Full time (with flexibility to accommodate school runs for example)
Permanent position
Base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Quarterly bonuses based on team performance

About the Role:
This designer furniture shop is seeking a highly organised, personable all-rounder with excellent IT skills to join the small, friendly team.
Our client sees this as a crucial role, with the successful applicant providing a solid backbone to the daily Showroom and Office operations. Hand in hand with ensuring things run smoothly, it is imperative that customer service remains at the forefront of the company’s routines and practices.
Key Responsibilities to Include:
Sales & Business Support
Admin assistance for MD, managing calendars
Sample management and distribution
Answering phones, handling basic inquiries
Sales database management and reporting
Simple website product administration
Showroom Management
Day-to-day operations, liaising with suppliers
Event organisation (Design Week, VIP nights)
Tidiness maintenance and minor repairs
Logistics Support & Customer Service
Assisting with customer support, reporting and tracking issues
Accounts Support
Tracking invoices, providing weekly lists
Invoice collation for VAT returns
The Ideal Candidate:
Required:
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and excellent Excel skills
Excellent spoken and written English
A levels or equivalent education
London-based and easily commutable to SW6/SW10
Confident and enthusiastic
Desirable:
Familiarity with FileMaker
Previous experience in furniture retail would be hugely advantageous, but training can be provided
