SalaryAn exciting opportunity to join The Luxury Home Show team. We showcase incredible homes around the world to our online audience of over 3 million.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit and publish engaging content on Instagram and TikTok platforms, ensuring one to two posts daily.
- Respond promptly to all Instagram Direct Messages from potential leads, addressing enquiries and nurturing leads effectively.
- Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule on Facebook, featuring full property tours.
- Regularly share complete property tours on TikTok to sustain audience engagement.
- Share business updates, video statistics, and testimonials on LinkedIn.
- Attend designated shoot days, averaging between 4 to 8 per month at luxury properties around the UK.
- Actively engage with potential property accounts worldwide via Instagram Direct Messages and comments.
- Develop proficiency in YouTube advertising.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and innovate new video concepts.
- Coordinate with clients to submit videos for approval and deliver analytical reports to clients.
- Facilitate communication with clients to obtain additional details or high-resolution photographs as needed.
- Prepare YouTube thumbnails and ensure all professional photos are accessible on Dropbox, coordinating with clients as necessary.
- Compile YouTube descriptions with relevant links and episode chapters.
- Provide milestone updates to clients regarding the performance of recent posts, such as achieving significant view counts.
- Actively engage with other property pages and home pages on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube by leaving insightful comments.
- Assist in expanding The Luxury Home Show’s presence in PR magazines and articles.
- Provide weekly analytical reports from all platforms to The Luxury Home Show management team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Social Media Content Creation or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Possession of a valid driving license and a readiness to travel to diverse locations across the UK.
