As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the face of our brand, responsible for content creation and community management across Social Media platforms.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to become the voice and visual representation of boroboro on Social Media platforms. As our Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager, you will be responsible for producing engaging TikToks, Instagram posts, stories, and other content formats that showcase our upcycled clothing line. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community around our brand. We have a very generous bonus scheme!

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce compelling content for TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant Social Media platforms.
• Develop creative strategies to showcase our upcycled clothing line and highlight our brand's values and mission.
• Engage with our audience through comments, direct messages, and other interactions to foster a sense of community and build brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation efforts with broader marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Stay updated on Social Media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Monitor Social Media analytics and use insights to optimize content performance and community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation for Social Media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of Social Media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sustainable fashion and/or upcycling is a plus.
