We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized Social Media Manager to support our team for the duration of this campaign. In this position, you will interact with targeted user base to promote our releases and provide customer care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all Social Media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on Social Media.
- Develop, implement, and manage our Social Media strategy with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create captivating content, which may include writing blogs, articulate, posts and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and oversee Social Media content and accounts including our company website, LinkedIn etc.
- Define most important Social Media KPIs.
- Measure the success of the Social Media campaign.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Share weekly reports on campaign performance and efficacy.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Ability to create graphic assets for the posts using the Adobe creative Suite, especially Photoshop (InDesign and Illustrator are a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager.
