Join our team as a Programme Partnership Officer in the Programmes and Delivery Directorate. This 6-month contract role involves operationalising diverse programme partnerships to reach young people, shaping operational processes, and representing the organisation at events.
This is an urgent requirement and CV's will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Part-time working hours 28pw/4 days, hybrid flexible working requirement to attend the central London office once per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development and Delivery:
- Support the Programme Partnerships Manager in developing and delivering the partnership strategy.
- Operationalise systems and processes for partnership implementation, tracking, and evaluation.
- Close the feedback loop between the organisation and programme partners.
Customer and Partnership Management:
- Provide excellent customer and partnership service.
- Take ownership of specific programmes, building and developing partnerships.
- Coordinate trainers and logistics for designated programmes.
- Support partnerships and coordinate other programmes offered by the organisation.
Working Across the Organisation:
- Work towards delivering outcomes of the programme partnerships function, operationalising partnerships effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the country, contributing to the organisation's development and growth.
- Actively contribute to diverse areas of the organisation, offering counsel to different roles or teams.
Person Specification:
Experience:
- Operationalising partnerships and delivering desired outcomes.
- Providing customer service for the needs of customers and partners.
- Working with young people and/or adults, including those at risk or vulnerable.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning and development.
Essential: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Skills and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage programme partnership intricacies.
- Ability to deliver partnerships by simplifying internal complexities.
- Cultivating partnerships from lead generation to implementation.
- Confident communication style with a problem-solving approach.
- High-level administration skills with adaptability to systems and processes.
