Description
- Oversee the entire credit control process
- Implement effective credit control processes and policies
- Ensure timely cash collections and payments
- Manage customer queries regarding payments
- Provide accurate forecasts of expected cash inflow
- Liaise with different departments to resolve any credit issues
- Maintain accurate records of credit control activities
- Handle any ad hoc duties related to credit control
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
- An educational background in Accounting & Finance
- Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
