Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as a Sr. Manager of Compensation Analytics, developing and shaping the firm's non-partner compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-day and workflow of Compensation Analytics team.
- Handle all non-partner performance management reporting.
- Manage all non-partner compensation cycles reporting.
- Design and implement compensation strategies and programs.
- Manager compensation budget.
- Develop and revamp Compensation Analytics processes.
- Manage analytics for rankings and rating for performance management.
- Manage analytics for surveys and survey engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of human resources experience.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- 4-5+ years of performance management experience.
- Knowledge of Workday and PeopleSoft.
- 4-5+ years of Compensation administration.
