Job Role: Stock Coordinator
Location: Weymouth
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday (Maternity Cover) 39 hours per week
This role will include:
- Maintaining a safe place of work, ensuring all activities performed are in accordance with regulatory and company Health and Safety policy and requirement.
- Ensure daily checks of all material handling equipment are carried out and up to date.
- Overall Stock Control: by ensuring all Products and Material arriving at or leaving the facility are aligned to the PO or C of C and recorded / traceable within Aventa.
- Liaising with, placing and expediting of Sub Con Orders.
- Ensure all materials are held within appropriate locations and conduct all movements of materials in line with current processes and procedures.
- Assess and check condition/quantity of all goods received, and conduct reject processes when in receipt of non-confirming material.
- Ensure product leaving or arriving is Import / Export compliant.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience within aerospace industry (Preferred), or related environment.
- Methodical and analytical approach to all tasks.
- Accurate attention to detail, and process driven.
- Collaborative and able to work as part of a team and an individual when required.
