- Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of all learners.

- Offer guidance and advice to students on a range of issues, including academic support, mental health, and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and any interventions made.
- Participate in the development and delivery of student support services and initiatives.
- Proven experience in a student support role within an educational setting.
- Enhanced DBS
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to carry out detailed risk assessments and follow up with appropriate actions.
