Student Attendance Officer and Receptionist
We are currently recruiting for a Student Attendance Officer to start immediately on a ongoing temporary contract until July 2024; Could go on longer
Term Time only
The role is located in Old Street, working on a full-time basis and is paying £14 per hour.
WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is an all Boys School with a mixed Sixth Form based in Central London.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This role is to work in the Student Attendance Team.
This role will require contacting parents about their child's attendance
* Managing the student entrance reception
* Taking attendance phone calls
* updating the school attendance system- Training will be given
* Supporting the Students in the library
* General admin Duties
* Hours will be 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
* The role is Term Time Only
ABOUT YOU
* Excellent telephone manner is essential
* Like working with children and a passion for education
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* High attention to detail including a high standard of accuracy when processing data
* Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Access, Outlook, Excel and web-based software
* Ideally will hold a Current Enhanced DBS- or be willing to have one taken out.
