As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you'll oversee the creation of optimised supply plans that ensure the seamless supply of finished goods while minimising inventory and maximising efficiency targets. You will set and monitor team targets, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop your team to ensure future growth. Your role will be pivotal in driving new product introductions and end-of-life processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring robust Supply Chain processes.

Supply Chain Planning Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience in supplier management.
* In-depth familiarity with commercial processes and project planning tools.
* Degree level or equivalent experience, with additional Supply Chain qualifications being advantageous.
* Proficiency in Oracle Demantra, ASCP, or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
