The Employer is: IN YOUR SPACE CIRCUS LTD. This is a practical job which includes working directly with participants in a class environment under the guidance of our Training team. To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for circus and an interest in developing your teaching practice. Your working pattern may change week to week depending on your skills, areas of development and areas of interest. If you are applying for this role, you should be able to commit to working some evenings and weekends. .

A range of circus skills that you can share/demonstrate.A genuine interest in teaching circus arts to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.Organised and enjoy planning, solving problems and meeting deadlines.Experience of teaching/coaching/supporting others to learn new skills.Experience of using Microsoft Office and other computer software. Experience of working as part of a team on a project or in an organisation.Be available to work on evenings and weekends to help deliver festivals, events and shows. , An understanding of safeguarding and how that is applied in a learning environment. Knowledge of risks involved in teaching circus and know how to mitigate them.Experience of creating digital content and using a variety of social media platforms.Experience of shadowing or leading circus/other arts workshops or classes.An interest in wider performing arts and education.Knowledge around safeguarding policy.
