This position is for people living in the Havering locality. The shifts available are Monday to Sunday, and are flexible through out the day. You be working with 18+ individuals with varying levels of Learning Disabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, Challenging Behaviour and additional needs.

ALL CARE WORKER ARE REQUIRED TO WORK ALTERNATE WEEKENDS
We offer full training, a competitive salary and flexible working hours. We also pay an enhanced rate over weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day-and if you are a car driver with the necessary business insurance policies you also get paid at an enhanced rate.

As a Support Worker you will be involved in maintaining an individual’s wishes to remain in the comfort of their own home or supported accommodation and you will be required to carry out tasks such as:
*Personal care
*Medication Administration
*Meal Preparation and support with Nutritional and Hydration needs
*Manual Handling
*Companionship
*Domestic Tasks
*Catheter and Continence Care
*Financial Support
*Accessing the community
We treat each service user with dignity and respect and expect caring and caring attitudes from all caregivers. Must have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening) and be proactive with regular and flexible work hours.
We encourage personal development by offering external qualifications such as QCF Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, NCFE CACHE Level 2 in various subjects and the Care Certificate.
