Pay rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour - Based on Days, Nights and Weekend Shifts
Shifts Available:
Monday: 10pm - 8am.
Tuesday: 10pm - 8am.
Wednesday: 10pm - 8am.
Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm or 10pm - 8am.
Friday: 9:30am, - 2:30pm or 10pm - 8am.
Saturday: 10am - 5pm or 10pm - 8am.
Sunday: 10pm - 8am.
Location: Kirton
Unfortunately we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based within a commutable distance to Kirton.
This role will be supporting a gentleman who acquired a brain trauma at 18 months of age due to a head injury and has resulted in severe physical impairment and suffers from epilepsy with frequent seizures. He is completely reliant on the care of others to meet his daily living needs and is unable to assist in any way.
He requires a strong Support Worker who can support him all forms of personal care and you will be required to complete clinical tasks such as PEG feeding, CPAP and Oral Suction.
This is a permanent position.
Requirements:
- Worked as a carer previously in the UK (Preferably atleast 3 months experience)
- Experience working closely with families of the supported (Preferred)
- Experience working with brain injuries would be beneficial but not essential
- Clinical experience would be beneficial but not essential, as you will potentially have to assist with various duties as well as personal care.

Your role is support is to meet his medical, personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.

Our Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
You'll receive fully paid, on the job training and you'll have the opportunity to build your skills whilst cultivating a trusted relationship with the person you support.
