This Japanese sushi and tapas restaurant Cubé Mayfair is looking for chefs.
The restaurant offers sushi made with selected fish as an OMAKASE, which means to “entrust” in Japanese, over the counter and at the tables. Various Japanese tapas dishes are also available.
For drinks, the restaurant serves a wide selection of sake, and selected wines to suit every taste. The customers can also enjoy Japanese whiskey and digestifs at the bar counter in the basement.
In 2021, the restaurant was awarded a place in the OpenTable Top 100 Restaurants in UK list and it has impressive Google reviews.

【Recruitment process】 Candidates who have successfully passed the screening process will be invited to a one hour interview and around three hours trial.
