Job Responsibilities:
Raise Purchase Orders on the client ERP system, and deal with associated queries.
Raise JLL Purchase Orders, entering and matching supplier invoices on JD Edwards for designated EMEA countries.
Receive and code NCR Corporate Real Estate invoices.
Assist the local Facilities Manager with supplier queries and maintain supplier accounts are in good order.
Raise pro-forma Management Fees and Salary invoices for all EMEA locations and Goods & Services invoices for designated EMEA countries using PeopleSoft.
Ensure payments are received from the client on time and paid into the correct bank account.
Ensure payments are made to suppliers on time.
Assist the Finance Analyst with the monthly Outlook process in terms of the preparation of accruals and other monthly journals.
Assist the Finance Analyst with the month end process including reconciliation of Management and salary Fees, bank movements and Corporate Reporting.
Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliations for both NCR and JLL books.
Promote use of the Quality Management System and ensure compliance.
Meet Health and Safety responsibilities as defined in the JLL Health and Safety procedures.
Act as a strong team player and get involved where necessary and directed in day to day business issues, and provide cover if and when required.
Other duties as required by the Line Manager to ensure smooth running of the account.
