SalaryI am working with an established organisation who are looking for a talent professional to join their team in March 2024 for a minimum of 12 months. The role is based in Kidlington, and you will be required to travel to the office 4 days a week.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the successful delivery of the Talent Acquisition program on a strategic basis, managing the full recruitment process.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment support for hiring managers across all departments
- Write creative and engaging content for adverts and attraction channels, maintaining the brand
- Sourcing candidates for existing roles and creating talent pipelines
- Conduct interviews as and when required
- Onboarding documentation
You should have solid recruitment experience, within a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in direct sourcing. You should be a creative and dynamic recruiter who can apply themselves to not just the operational recruitment but also be able to think of the bigger picture.
