The role of the Talent Acquisition ManagerInsights & Strategic Enablement is to curate dashboards that enable analysis and interpretation of data, procuring insights and metrics that enable the successful execution of the EMEA Talent Acquisition strategy and broader HR objectives within Marriott International. This role will compile reports, analyse, and synthesize data to communicate key Talent and People metrics to senior stakeholders within the Human Resources team, as well as within the broader Marriott business. The Talent Acquisition ManagerInsights & Strategic Enablement will analyze data to identify trends and areas of opportunity that continuously enable us to raise the bar on our hiring performance.

Key role and responsibilities:

  • Building a single source of truth for TA Data, you will lead the development of Talent Acquisition Analytics dashboards that facilitate the use of on-demand data across EMEA TA, enabling easy to access talent insights that will help guide strategy, problem solving and performance.

  • Analyse TA activity and performance data to derive meaningful insights, that you then can present in both written and live presentation format to TA, HR & business stakeholders, increasing communication, visibility, and action.

  • Transform current transactional reporting model to self-serve BI model: primarily supporting Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with Senior Director, Transformation on TA Technology Strategy to Project Manage key initiatives, including defining scope and directives, managing in-direct project teams, and delivering timely outcomes.

  • Support the development of RoB reporting cadences, such as introducing QBRs for Talent Acquisition and supporting the coordination of the annual planning and budget process.

  • Support measurement on Impact Metrics in partnership with the Talent Acquisition LT – measure the impact.

  • Liaise with IT and X-functional Analytics team to learn, scale and share best practises.

  • Drive data governance related to employee Talent Acquisition data.

  • Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition team members on the use of the Talent Acquisition Dashboards and how to derive meaningful insights.

  • Actively contribute to the Talent Insights strategy & Talent COE strategy

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to present analytics dashboards to internal stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

  • Data visualization – must be adept in using data visualization and BI tools, preferably Power BI and or Tableau

  • Storyteller – must be able to translate data into insights and liaise with business stakeholders to influence action.

  • Ability to interface with both Human Resources and Business stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Process and data governance oriented

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Knowledge of data privacy and employment related laws

Required qualifications and certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related experience

Required experience:

  • 4 years of experience working with Data manipulation, synthesis, and presentation

  • Data manipulation – must have experience in Advanced Excel, MS Access, SQL Server

  • Experienced in Oracle Cloud Recruiting

  • Must be adept at managing communication channels, and comfortable in disseminating data insights with a global audience.

  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition
