Principal Resourcing have a wonderful opportunity for a creative and passionate Teacher of Art to join the supportive staff team at one of our partnership Secondary Schools based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
The full-time role is expected to commence April 2024 and will initially be on a temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Art and Design lessons for pupils across the KS3/KS4 curriculum to meet the needs of the school.
We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced Teachers, you can expect to earn up to £230 per day for this role depending on experience.
The ideal applicant will:
- consistently deliver good/outstanding lessons and student outcomes.
- take part in quality assurance processes within the area, to secure improvements and provide opportunities for professional development.
- promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.
- encourage students to interact and work cooperatively with others and engage, challenge, motivate and reinforce self-esteem with all students in activities.
- hold a Degree in Art or relevant subject.
- have the ability to use a range of teaching strategies to engage students and enable their progress.
- have excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well with both children and adults.
