Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality history lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of the history curriculum
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students
Qualifications and Experience:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Proven experience teaching history at the secondary school level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for history
