Job Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the lead teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons to pupils
- Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help
- Enhancing the learning environment by creating interactive learning materials
- Monitoring and recording the progress of assigned students - Creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students
Requirements
- Previous experience working within an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with children of different abilities and backgrounds - Good organisational skills
