Fantastic boutique property company based in the heart of Fulham are seeking a superstar Operations Assistant to join their brilliant team.
They are great fun, about 30 in the office, very social with a lot of team events – which you will be organising!
They really look after their staff with a wonderful culture, and very strong, friendly & approachable leadership at the top.
This is a very involved and varied role, you will be the lynchpin of the team. You will be:
- Organising office/team events, anything from drinks after work to a team volleyball competition
- Managing anything and everything social, including social media – looking for someone with a creative eye
- Organising charity events/campaigns
- Liaising with the local community
- Managing awards nominations
- HR Assistance – manage holidays, rota, sick days, employee of the quarter, book in appraisals, organise interviews
- General office assistance – organising quarterly meetings, booking meeting rooms, liaising with third parties
Looking for:
- Previous administrative experience, perhaps from an Office/Team Assistant role, PA, HR, Office Manager or Administrator
- Open on industry background, property would be a huge plus but not essential
- Personality is key – looking for someone upbeat, positive, good fun with a sense of humour
- High attention to detail
- “Happy to help” attitude
