SalaryThis global investment firm is seeking an Team Assistant to support an MD and his team within their asset wealth management division covering the Nordic region. This client-facing division is looking for an Assistant who will add value to the team and can take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational tasks such as diary management and international travel. You will have the opportunity to be in a varied role, liaise with clients across Europe and be the first point of contact.

As an Assistant, you will be efficient, proactive and highly organisational with excellent communication. You will be supporting the senior management team where you will be one step ahead. It is vital that you have supported with diary management, international travel and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones. It is essential to have this experience as an Assistant to be considered for this role.
You will be an outgoing, personable and confident individual with 4 - 5 years a Team Assistant with experience gained within the investment sector or professional services. You would have worked in fast-paced environments.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Coordinating complex internal and external meetings for a large team of people
- Arranging international travel arrangements and processing related expense reports
- Liaising and communication with the senior leadership team and stakeholders
- Supporting in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects or group events
Requirements:
- You must have 4 - 5 years as an Assistant.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Swedish
Note: This position is a 12-month role, temp to perm opportunity.
5 days in office.
