Our client is a well-known property surveying business in the heart of Southampton. They're seeking an organised, confident professional to streamline operations, coordinate projects and ensure seamless communication within the team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Serving as the primary contact for all building consultancy enquiries
- Delivering professional & efficient administration support encompassing all areas of the business
- Establishing the connection between surveyors and clients/contractors
- Supporting the team with general compliance, finance/budget tracking and business development
- Updating surveyors on task progress/completion
- Front of house responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years in Senior Administrator/PA/EA/Administration Coordinator role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive & Efficient
- Good interpersonal skills and very comfortable talking to clients/customers over the phone
- A strong understanding of MS Office, specifically MS Excel
A background/understanding of construction/property surveying would be advantageous but is in no way essential
What you'll get in return
