An exciting opportunity has come up for a Team Leader (Collections) to join our Social Collections Team on a full time and permanent basis based between our Westminster Bridge Road and Ealing Office.

A bit about the role:
As a Team Leader - Collections, you will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships within the collections team and with key stakeholders across the organization, while always putting the customer first.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Regular auditing and compliance relating to income collection policies and procedures to ensure statutory and regulatory requirements, best practice, and continuous improvement are adhered to.
- Ensuring effective staff performance management is continuously monitored, so that all staff meet operational performance, targets, and behavioural expectations and in a manner and style which supports and promotes high staff morale and personal development.
- Maintaining high standards of performance and positive outcomes through effective training, support and monitoring, investigation of complaints, including improving services from lessons learnt.
This role will require a minimum of 1-2 day working in the office. Must have a hybrid flexible approach and be willing to travel to all Peabody office locations when required.
