We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our Early Help team, as a Team Manager newly developed Early Help service.
About the role
This role is key to support and strengthen Family Support and Early Help across the partnership. As a Team Manager within the Early Help Service you will provide leadership and management to a team offering support and advice to schools and partners. You will take a key role in supporting schools in delivering Early Help, undertake oversight of assessments and offer supervision to Designated Safeguarding Leads in schools, colleges.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has a passion for improving outcomes for children, young people and their families, with the ability to promote the vision for Early Help across Westmorland & Furness. Working within the Early Help Team you will work collaboratively and creatively with schools, colleagues and other agencies, as well as the voluntary sector, to implement improvements in Early Help for vulnerable children and families.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm who has the right knowledge and experience, who can support and empower our teams, to maintain a culture which places children, young people and their families at the heart of Early Help Service delivery.

DBS
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with a Children’s and Adults Barred List check.
