Role Overview: As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of effective and efficient services for children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Working closely with the Operational Lead, you will champion best practices, provide professional supervision, and ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Operational Lead to develop and implement operational policies.
- Manage team resources efficiently, including recruitment, training, and workload allocation.
- Provide supervision and support to staff, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Foster strong partnerships with external agencies and community organizations.
- Investigate complaints and disciplinary matters with professionalism and integrity.
- Drive performance management initiatives to achieve service objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Lead by example, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a positive work culture.
