Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Technical Administrator role is based in Birmingham and offers a salary of £25-£30k depending on experience.

As a Technical Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support with all aspects of day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks and maintenance of systems and procedures to enable the company to operate effectively and efficiently. You will also identify and communicate any problems/barriers affecting realisation of potential business or opportunities for improvements to your manager.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Answering the telephone, filtering and distributing calls accordingly

Provide reception services to meet and welcome visitors

Collate and prepare test sheets, manuals and drawings

Process CE marking paperwork.

To apply for this Administrative Administrator role, you will need 5x GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above. You will also require excellent communication skills, particularly able to write in an engaging manner to suit a variety of audiences. In addition, you should have the ability to process and interpret information, prioritise skills and manage your workload. The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team is also essential.

You'll receive a salary of up to £30,000 for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
