Since 1996, Newland Insurance Brokers have provided specialist insurance products and services to both the commercial and personal lines market. Newland's offices are located in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and have a special focus on supporting small to medium sized local businesses.
The Telemarketer Role:
Join our team, promoting our new schools insurance product. You'll play a crucial role in contacting schools, arranging meetings, and driving sales. Be part of a dynamic environment that values proactive salesmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*    Make outbound calls to schools, promoting core insurance products
*    Maintain product knowledge for effective sales comparisons
*    Manage a database of opportunities and follow up on leads
*    Accurately update customer databases and handle queries
*    Utilise Excel for information logging and documentation
About You:
We're looking for a motivated Telemarketer with:
*    Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales roles
*    Track record of meeting telephone sales targets
*    Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office)
Skills:
*    Excellent written and verbal communication
*    Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
*    Self-motivated and well-organised
*    Resilient in the face of customer objections
*    Approachable, outgoing, and diplomatic
*    Able to work independently or as part of a team
