Temporary Accommodations Officer

Service Care Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Temporary Accommodations Officer to work for a well established client based in Leicester.
As a Temporary Accommodations Officer you will be responsible for.

• Undertaking the admission, interviewing and induction of service users on arrival.
• Maintaining routine and confidential records.
• Conducting twice-daily welfare checks on service users.
• Overseeing the maintenance and security of the property and ensure that all repairs are reported promptly.
• Undertaking general domestic duties e.g. emergency cleaning, laundry and the provision and service of meals, snacks, and beverages
• Resolving conflict in difficult and sensitive situations, adhering to council policy.
• Dealing with emergency situations, involving management as required.

Temporary Accommodations Officer requirements.

• Enhanced DBS
• Previous experience with working with Homeless service users.
• Tendency sustainment

Hours of work:
Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8:15pm (37hpw on rota)
The Package
This is a temporary, Temporary Accommodations Officer role, for an initial 3 months, covering the recruitment process for a permanent team member, meaning the role could be extended, or become permanent
