All Graduate Officers will be supported to complete either a Level 4 Project Management qualification or job-related technical training (all fully funded) as part of the programme., , Data Insights within Education & Inclusion, , The Information and Systems Team is experienced in the innovative use of data and insights to drive strategic decision making, improving school processes and service effectiveness within Education and Inclusion., , You will collaborate with a wide range of teams to create, maintain and update business intelligence dashboards, identify trends, patterns and opportunities to drive operational efficiencies leading to service and school improvement., , You’ll be working as part of a team with a shared vision of developing existing data delivery, analysis and interpretation by driving innovative solutions within Education and Inclusion to better improve service delivery. This is a hybrid role consisting of a varying number of office days and home working., , Who We’re Looking For, , We are looking for a positive, engaging and inquisitive individual who enjoys problem solving, has keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude. You will be comfortable and thrive in a fast moving and changing work environment. You will have an aptitude for discovering and implementing solutions to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness is required., , A basic understanding of database theory and data modelling, knowledge of industry standard business intelligence tools and great data interpretation and analytical/statistical skills are required for the role. You will have strong communication skills, being able to convey complex information in a coherent, simplified manner.
