Trainee Hr Assistant

A Trainee / Graduate HR Assistant is required to join a large manufacturing business on a 6-month contract at their site based near Marston Green. An ideal opportunity for a Business or HR graduate looking to get some hands-on experience and support a busy HR team during a transition period.

As a Trainee / Graduate HR Assistant you will be -

• Providing guidance, advice and administrative support within the HR department
• Providing support with benefits, payroll, employee relations and absence management
• Preparing templates and ensuring systems are updated
• Recruitment support; creating adverts and screening suitable applicants
• Completing onboarding paperwork, assisting with starters and leavers
• General administration duties

Ideally for this role you will have -

• A Business or HR related degree
• A strong desire to develop a career within HR
• 6 months minimum experience working within a HR team
• A can-do attitude and willing to learn all aspects within HR

On offer for this role -

• 6-month contract starting ideally February 2024
• Starting salary of £22-23,500p/a
• Opportunity to learn hands-on HR experience in a large business
• Hybrid working (initially 4 days minimum in the office during training)
• Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm
