SalaryWe are currently looking for someone to join our team at our Head office in Leeds.
Your main role will be to support our experienced Senior Consultants to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Your responsibilities will be varied throughout the day, but will include, taking and dealing with incoming customer enquiries, producing high quality marketing for our clients, creating web jobs, shortlisting candidates for roles, filling bookings, and helping with the sourcing and compliance of candidates.
Once you’ve had a thorough induction and grounding in what we do, Our Senior consultants will personalize your Trainee Consultant programme to develop your skills and experience further, working to building your very own desk.

What we are looking for:
- You have some recruitment or sales experience, although we are open on the sector and level you have worked at.
- If you are a self-starter, able to work on own initiative.
- You have flair, creativity, lots of ambition, enjoy networking and building customer relationships.
- Possess a drive for excellence in customer service and can plan and prioritise your own workload.
- You hold a full UK driving licence.
