Monday-Friday – 9:00-17:30 – Office based.
Annual salary of £28K

My client is a family-owned company within the care industry, and they are currently looking for a Compliance/ HR Cooirndtor to join their team based in Wimbledon!
As a Compliance and Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to industry regulations and standards. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, ensuring employees are well-versed in compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and previous experience working with compliance and sponsorship.
Responsibilities-
Training Coordination:
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Sending out reminders and confirmation
• Managing and sending out certificates
Compliance Monitoring:
• Manage the sponsorship process for staff
• Keep on track of compliance for all 14 homes
• Checking staffs ETW documents and updating them onto the system
HR Support:
• Supporting the head of HR
• Conducting letters, minute taking and producing accurate documents
Requirements:
• Proven experience with compliance
• Knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and speaking abilities.
• IT Literate
• Able to commute to Wimbledon
