The role of a Transaction Services Assistant Manager role is to support and deliver various transactions and deals on a day-to-day basis and build sustainable internal and external client relationships. You will have a reasonable understanding and experience in the field of Financial Due diligence for Corporate, Private Equity or Financial Buyers and vendors.

Description
The role includes:
- Supporting the project management of smaller client engagement, including monitoring progress against budget and established time frames and managing risk.
- Assist Partners, Directors and Associate Directors with business development activities
- Contribute to the successful development of sustainable client relationships. Liaise with clients on matters concerning risk management, progress and monitoring information flows.
- Support the conversion of opportunities into chargeable work including pitch participation.
- Identify and recognise new project and business opportunities, and inform the project director
- Prepare analysis, reports and other documents such as proposals using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Deliver complete sections of reports that include focused conclusions and recommendations.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have basic knowledge and experience in financial due diligence in a Transaction Services team.
- Be ACA/ ACCA qualified.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in using MS Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
- Be a self-starting individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to their continuous development
