MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Behavioural Change Management:
- Lead efforts to drive behavioural change across all levels of the Finance Shared Service Centre.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a mindset of adaptability, collaboration, and innovation to support transformation initiatives.
Coaching and Sustainability of PERFORM Program:
- Provide coaching and support to employees participating in the PERFORM program, ensuring sustainability of learned skills and behaviours.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to drive desired outcomes.
Building Capability and Academy Development:
- Establish a comprehensive academy program focused on building capability within the Finance Shared Service Centre.
- Develop role-relevant training materials and resources to up-skill employees and enhance their performance on the job.
Centralising Tasks and Optimising Processes:
- Drive efforts to centralise tasks and streamline processes within the Finance Shared Service Centre.
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation and optimisation, implementing quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Driving Adoption of Transformation Initiatives:
- Act as a change agent to promote the adoption of transformation initiatives within the organisation.
- Develop communication plans and engagement strategies to garner support and buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in leading transformational change initiatives within a finance or Shared Service environment.
- Strong understanding of behavioural change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring employees to drive performance improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs tailored to specific roles and job functions.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders across the organisation.
