Clearance and Collateral Management comprehensive offering helps clients segregate, optimize, finance and "transform" collateral in support of their financial strategies. Institutional investors and intermediaries look to us for the global expertise, clarity, and operational support they need to navigate an environment of sweeping regulatory change.

Our innovative, insight-driven solutions help our clients, whether on the buy-side or the sell-side, improve the way they manage their collateral, engage in more investment opportunities to help maximize their investment returns and access new financing alternatives. Backed by modern technology and multi-dimensional thinking, we're ready to deliver the expertise, products and services clients need as they address their collateral, liquidity, and securities financing needs.

  • Develops the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships.
  • Identifies opportunities to evolve client business for incremental account growth.
  • Serves in a consultative role to the client, advising client management on the best way to achieve short and long term goals.
  • Manages overall relationship profitability of clients with varying levels of complexity.
  • Develops expertise on industry trends, landscape and client business environment, and proactively keeps clients informed.
  • Promotes firm services/product offerings that solve client tasks and achieve account growth.
  • Continually evaluates client needs and ensures sustained client engagement.
  • Develops, tracks and reports on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio.
  • Contributes to the development of team metrics, dashboards and roadmaps.
  • Works closely with business development teams to ensure Relationship Management strategy is executed by account management and client service teams.
  • Researches client issues and bring to resolution.
  • Keeps abreast of client activity across the enterprise and often serves as the escalation point for client satisfaction.
  • May be assigned as owner/expert of a particular process or product.
  • Works with other relationship managers to help marshal functional resources to ensure client needs are being addressed.
  • Ensures client onboarding and risk management activities are conducted effectively.
  • Attends industry events and conferences and is able to travel as required.
  • No direct reports but expected to provide guidance to junior team members/colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Sufficient years work experience. Financial Services experience is preferred, with a particular client type or product, as is prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management.
