Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities and JPS Kettering is on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours:7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday
Location: Unit 9 Baron Avenue Trade Park, Telford Way Industrial Estate, Kettering, NN16 8UW
Key Responsibilities:
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
Help to pick and prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided)
Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
Act as a relief driver for the branch, performing deliveries to our customers when needed in a 3.5t van
Keep the branch and yard/warehouse looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, manage stock control and keep customers updated throughout their journey
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Required Skills and Experience
A full, manual driving license, held for longer than 1 year
Stellar communication and people skills
Customer focussed individual
Confident working both indoors and outdoors, with a strong focus on H&S
Comfortable in a role involving extensive manual handling of bulky items
